Premier Auctioneering will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Premier Auctioneering shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS IS" and that they may not return any item they purchase. In no event shall Premier Auctioneering be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors. 2. Premier Auctioneering is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Premier Auctioneering or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Premier Auctioneering will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. 3. All online bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time. 4. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card or Bank Wire, which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction (a 5% equipment charge will be added to all electronic payment forms i.e.: credit/debit cards, wire transfers, etc.). Upon verification of payment from credit card processor Premier Auctioneering will process a PAID IN FULL receipt and send via e-mail to the successful bidder. Buyers who wish to pay for purchases by other methods i.e.: Cash or Check MUST contact Premier Auctioneering prior to the auction. If you are paying by cash or check and the item is not picked up and paid for within the 48 hours following the auction we will charge your credit card for full purchase amount plus all buyer's fees. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. Please contact the auction company with any other questions. Buyers will be required to have a PAID IN FULL receipt before loading. 5. Per Illinois State law any used motor vehicle with a clear title and fewer than 150,000 miles will need to have a separate signed consensus statement of condition form returned to Premier Auctioneering agreeing to the waiver of Implied Warranty of Merchantability before payment is received from successful bidder. 6. All items sold at auction are with reserve (unless stated otherwise); it is the seller's option to accept the bid price. These are considered IF sales (pending seller approval), buyer is bound by the auction terms to purchase item if seller accepts bid price by 2:00 p.m. the following business day. Buyer is not bound by original bid if the seller counters that original bid price. 7. Storage: Any items not removed from auction premises within 7 days will incur a charge of $10/day up to 30 days after auction date then item will be forfeited to Premier Auctioneering and sold at our discretion. 8. Premier Auctioneering reserves the right to interpret all policies and decide all issues of dispute. Premier Auctioneering also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any organization.
